Just moved in no complaints so far was an easy process for moving. Maleek was fantastic and very kind and professional and made the process very simple. So far happy with my decision with Sundance apartments 😊

We stayed at Sundance for a little over a year while our house was built. Cheyenne was a big move for us and I can’t say enough good things about this complex. Maintenance staff were very responsive and showed great respect. Office staff were understanding of our situation and did more than they should have to help us transition again. Kudos! I hear there is a dog park coming and will make the complex even more enjoyable!

My experience at Sundance Apartments in Cheyenne was overall very positive. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, which made living there a lot more enjoyable. Any maintenance issues or repairs were handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that they care about their residents and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. Everyone I interacted with, both staff and neighbors, was kind and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Sundance Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I have absolutely adored this place, so far. The maintenance guys are absolutely fantastic, Maleek in the front office is awesome. The assistant manager helped me recently and she was absolutely amazing, too! I am really grateful I wound up here. I will update it if anything changes- but I'm very impressed so far. I am honestly surprised by some of the bad reviews because my experience has been flawless other than getting a few random fees this month. Big thanks to the management and maintenance for all y'all do! Give them a shot if you're looking!

Great place to live and the office really takes care of situations quickly! I had an issue and they came to fix it with an upgrade within an hour of contacting them. Special shout out to J and the rest of the maintenance team!

Lived here for close to a year. They keep the sidewalks and parking lots cleared of snow (as best can be expected in Wyoming, but someone's running the snow plows before sun-up most of the time so you can get to work). The maintenance was very fast, sometimes the same day. The maintenance guys were very friendly and good at their job. They actually have renovation crews out a lot, doing updates on the apartments between tenants, but they didn't make too much noise, either. My apartment was clean and everything was in good working order when I moved in, and since I kept it that way I got my deposit back when I moved out. They pro-rated the last month of my move out, as well, and that covered the (understandably) mandatory carpet cleaning cost. Neighbors were good too, lots of Air Force families, obviously. I liked the Halloween and Christmas lights a few people put up, and that the Apartments were pretty relaxed about people's patio decorations (as long as they weren't too much). There was a breed restriction on the type of dog you could have, but that being said, 90% of the dogs were also very friendly. The office was fine with you walking in during work hours with whatever issue, and always seemed friendly to me. I never had an issue with porch pirates or otherwise feeling unsafe walking to the mail boxes or gym. When I lived there, Amazon/UPS/FedEx varied from noon to night, but the US Mail runs around 5pm to 6pm. I think you get the value of the cost, and would recommend them if you work in town. It's a 10-15 minute drive to basically anywhere inside the City of Cheyenne itself.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve lived in 11 different apartments across 5 states, and Sundance Apartments is truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. I understand that no apartment is perfect, but the current 3.7-star rating on Google feels far too low in my opinion. During my 14 months here, my neighbors were all friendly, the facilities and environment were excellent, and the management team was both kind and responsible. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Jaia—she is by far the most patient and considerate property manager I’ve ever met. Hats off to her! Unfortunately, due to a job change, I had to move out. But if you’re new to Cheyenne, I wholeheartedly recommend considering Sundance Apartments as your home.

Nothing but whole heartedness and caring people at this place. My gf and I have been struggling with a few things here and needless to say they have helped us through thick and thin with our struggles. 100% recommend renting here!!! Myeshea and Jaia have been nothing but pleasant to us. They well maintain the units and grounds so shoutout to the hardworking maintenance guys as well! Thank you!
